We give the option to setup Auto-Responders on your e-mail accounts. An auto-responder sends a message (you write) to anyone who sends an e-mail to the e-mail account you have chosen. 

For example, say you were providing a technical support e-mail address at support@yourdomain.com. You could setup an Auto-Responder so that anyone who sends mail to that address receives your pre-set message.
